This mod is to be able to use 100% of the standard printers reachable area(350x350x350mm) for printing using an easy to find bed. The bed used is a Creality cr-10s 410x410mm.
Place the 405mm long 2020 extrusions like in the image and move the Z axis extrusions back so they are 190-195mm from the front upright extrusion.
The front 2020 extrusion used for mounting the front panel needs to be removed or moved down until it clears the Z carriage extrusions when in the lowest position.
Move back the back panel if necessary.
Print two of each of the bed mounts named : 2x Bed Mount.stl and 2x Bed Mount Mirrored.stl
This part can be used with a zip-tie to of load the solder pads on the bed :Bed Mount Cable strain relief.stl
Print the slim front panel if you want to keep a similar look to the original, it is made for my clone 4,3" Paneldue, 3x 16mm buttons and the neopixel rings. Included a .step file for easier modification. These are made for printers with atleast 290mm of printable length( which you should have at this point) files:Front Panel Left 4,3 paneldue.stl, Front Panel right.stl, Right Back.stl, Left Back.stl
To get around how tight it is with the front 2020 extrusion I use a printed 7mm extended socket to adjust bed leveling:Bed leveling key.stl
