This is case for Raspberry Pi Zero WH and the Raspberry Pi TV HAT. The model is remixed from original by Radobyl on Thingiverse.

There are three pieces:

RaspiTV_Case_bottom.stl is a stand with legs that hide the screws.
RaspiTV_Case_screw_holes.stl is the main case, holding RPi and the TV HAT.
RaspiTV_Lid_no_hole.stl or RaspiTV_Lid_with_hole.stl is the top lid, either with hole to GPIO pin access or without it.
