This Mid-Century Modern Acoustic Phone Amplifiers uses a cone shape to naturally enhance the existing speakers on your phone.  No hardware required, all dovetail slip-joint connections.

The only component that requires any kind of support is the Housing because it has a rectangular cutout near the top.  I have supplied modeled-in supports which remove cleanly and add very little time to the print.  There is also a file for a Housing with no supports if you'd like to use slicing supports instead.  The inside of the Housing has a bit of bridging so if you slice your own, make sure the bridging angle is going across the top in the shortest orientation.

The Grille Insert should be printed with no top or bottom layers and whatever infill pattern and percentage you like.  The supplied .gcode is for a 3D Honeycomb at 40% but feel free to experiment with it.

The opening in the top is large enough to accommodate almost any phone.

I sliced everything at .3mm layer height because we are all busy and don't have time for fine layer heights.  Also, I design in imperial units so if they come into Slicer very small, set your scale to 2540% to correct it or use the “Convert From Imperial Units” command.
