This leaping arch base is designed for UK sized fittings although can be easily adapted in Fusion360 by adjusting parameters as required.
A cable outlet is included.
You will need two prints, mirror the second Print along the x axis so the cable outlets are both at the back!
The conduit for support can be obtained from B&Q (20mm MK conduit) - https://www.diy.com/departments/mk-pvc-white-conduit-length-l-2m-dia-20mm/109150_BQ.prd
The tubing for the arch itself is a 19mm OPAQUE coil available from

Printing
This print does not need to be high quality.
I used -
material - PETG
layer height - 0.20mm
Infill - 20%
Changing the arch angle
The angle of the arch is set to .1 degree (almost straight up). It's not possible to set to 0 without f360 complaining. Common angles may be 5 or 10 degrees. Change as per your requirement.
Changing the model
The model parameters can all be changed in f360 to suit your requirements.
The arch support thickness is 4mm with an additional 5mm for the screw hole. This is so a ½ inch screw will just make contact with the arch without damaging it (as a sharp screw may cause damage)
Assembly
To assemble an arch, you will need to work out the size of support tube and the size of the polypro arch tube required.
