We've all got that one table that just doesn't sit right, or perhaps you're at the coffee shop and the chair keeps rocking. Here's your all-in-one quick solution to stop the shimmy: shims! Slide the sizer into the gap to quickly determine what size of shim you need and then pop one out of your handy carrying case. Viola! Wobble done. Day saved. Shimmy shimmy shimmy 'till the break of dawn. Yeah!

There are 3 main components that can be printed at your need. The most important is the shim sizer. It's built to give you the size (to the mm) of the shim you need with easily read numbers on the base and sides. The box and shim collection are optional, but it's great for keeping a set ready to go. The sizer slides into the notch on the top of the box to keep the shims inside, the whole set of 15 will fit in there snugly (see picture). The shims are 20mm x 20mm (L x W) and the height printed on the top and side.

No supports needed. Print at .15mm or better for the clearest numbers (or use a different color for the base layers or use paint/marker/etc.). I'll leave it to you to determine the amount of infill and material for the job, clearly heavier objects will need stronger plastics.

Keep on shimmying!
