I bought the Inventables X-Carve kit with the plan of making my own wasteboard, but didn't have a convenient way to accurately cut the edge mounting slots 9mm to center from the edge. But I did have a 3D printer! This jig is large enough for my Porter Cable router with a 3/4" OD guide bushing with a little extra room for clamps. I didn't have Metric router bits, but I do have the Freud undersized plywood big set and plan to use the 7/32 (Freud 16-094) bit for the through slot and the 15/32 (Freud 16-109) bit for the 5mm stopped hole. The extra tab is 5mm thick for setting the depth stop on the router, and there is a raised line on the outside and notch on the inside to line up with layout marks. No support needed, 20% infill is fine. I had to sand some bumps off the inside, but once I did that the bushing fit like a glove.
