I designed this funnel to help me load resealable baggies for items I sell on my Etsy store. The flat back edge will work with any table, of course, but was necessary for my work table - because it only has a small lip. A rounded funnel would not work for this table.
There are two notches on the funnel to help grab the bag, and the slight tapering allows the funnel to get into the bag easily. With the bags I have, the funnel goes in easily, and then a little squeeze allows it to come off. It works really well.
The two STL files included are:
Note that the 5x7 funnel prints on my Ender rotated 45 degrees, and with bed adhesion turned off.
The Parametric Bag Funnel file is my Fusion 360 file. I've never uploaded one of these before, so please comment if there is an issue. The variable OpeningWidth is what drives the size of the funnel. I have two variables for the two bags I have: BagWidth3x5 and BagWidth5x7.
I print these at 0.28 layer height, no supports needed.
