very nice model. My daughter wants a car key for her key ring so this is perfect. All parts printed in TPU 90A (indistructible :-D ). (edited)

Very nice model. I reduced the TPU top layers (2l and infill (0%) to make the buttons more squishy
I have modified body of keys. It is splitted to 2 parts with some space for the usb flash disk pcb and connector. Printed from PLA by Filament PM (Galaxy black) on grained surface. Buttons are from silver PLA for simplicity.

Printed the buttons in TPU95 as suggested and it came out pretty well. My kids will love them. Thank you for overengineering this as this modell was exactly what I needed.
My kids love it! That is the most important thing. Did a mistakte while printing. (supports on -> did not turn out good with PLA) With respect to assembly i would wish either a snap fit connection, or smaller overlapping areas (like a housing) instead of the large flat mating area. :-)
