I spend a lot of time tweaking my printers, and I'm constantly on the lookout for models that give me a decent idea of how well the printer is functioning. While cleaning out some old prints, I found dozens and dozens of calibration cubes that I have printed over the last several years, and I was saddened that I had no real use for all these little plastic cubes.

To combat this, I wanted to come up with a model that I had some use for after completing the calibration and functionality tests, and so Snappy Hex was born.

Snappy Hex prints in under 30 minutes on my machines, and it gives you a decent look into  your printer's dimensional accuracy, tolerances, bridging, overhangs, and more! Plus when it's all done, you have some fun click-together blocks that are large enough that you shouldn't have to worry about a small child choking on them!
