Child scooter handle retainer

My niece broke the handle retaining clip from her scooter so I jumped into Fusion 360 to come up with this. to install it I removed the handle stem and slid it over, it is intentionally a very tight fit so it stays in place, however scaling up by a 1% or two shouldn't be too much of an issue.

once in place, reseat the handle stem, and when it comes tie for stowing, unlock the handles and clip them into the open sides of the clip.

I printed this on my Voron V0 in my thick and ugly preset. 0.35mm layers on a 0.4mm nozzle. 0.6mm line width, and it took about 25 minutes
