Fully printed interlocking 50 ml test tube rack/stand. All parts planar (only 3mm thickness). No supports.
Was printed with Pla+. Pla is recommended as it resist solvents like acetone though has lover plasticity temp ~50C. Thus not recommended to be submerged into heated water. Otherwise suggest to chose different plastic for your application.
Printing: No supports, used 4 walls, 5 top/bot, 40% infill (standard Voron print profile). I guess 3 walls, 3 top/bot, 30% should work too.
Post processing: Legs should be separated by cutting connecting tabs.
Assembly: Rectangular leg end is faced to bottom. Take bottom part into palm and try to cover 3 assembly slots by one finger. Insert 3 legs into slots while securing them with fingers. Add middle part. Insert last leg. Insert top part by inserting one side between one side legs, insert other side by spreading 2 leftover legs. Test rack has some slack/freeplay.
