I'm building an enclosure for the Ender 3, and needed a way to connect wood panels. A quick search led to nothing that looked sturdy, so I made my own in Tinkercad... it's meant for 6mm thick panels and a quick test with my 80x80 cm squares make it look fairly strong. Takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes to print for me, and that sucks given than I still need at least 5 more (thinking of making a different version for the frontal panel) lol

Update: doNOT use them for the top corners! A test fit highlighted that they'renot strong enough upside down

Update 2: while still untested (need time to print them) I added \"Enclosure Top\" and \"Enclosure Top Door\" to use at the top of the enclosure as the name suggests. They need to be printed as they are to avoid issues with layer separation, as that was the cause of failure. If you print multiple ones at the same time, it's still easy to tell them apart, the bottom ones have the reinforcement triangle, top ones don't but that part is thicker overall, the door ones have a missing piece to allow the panel to slide up and down. Also, the door one need to have a mirrored version.

Update 3: printed and tested the top corners, they work! As you can see in the pictures I even put some weight on the top panel, a 1.5 liter water bottle (with a box underneath to spread the wight... didn't want to stress the wood panel too much) and it held there just fine.

Update 4: top panel was sagging a bit after a year of only being supported by the corners (should've seen it coming) so I made a reinforcement part called Enclosure top reinforcement. Print as it is without supports because there's nothing to support, goes on the top about the middle. Print at least twice (left and right panel), maybe three times if you also want to put one on the back. Seems to be working well.

Update 5: Oh boy. I've got a Sovol SV07 Plus, and this is related because it's a LOT faster and bigger than my old Ender 3. Long story short, hot glue in all the corners and the reinforcements give me peace of mind that it won't rattle itself apart when the printer really moves the bed.
