Head Release Knob for Philishave 6832

This is a replacement head release knob for the Philips Philishave 6382.
The original one has a click-mechanism to keep the knob in place. i was not able to replicate that with sufficient detail and sturdynedd. Therefore I used a solder iron to melt the pins on the inside (you can also take an unbent paperclip, heated over a lighter flame).

Two .STL's with identical objects for those who can't rotate in the slicer:

• upright
• flat
  I achieved best results with printing it flat, with 5% support in Cura 3.1.
  This time without the OpenSCAD code: Publishing that code style would damage my reputation!

Ersatz-Knopf für die Scherkopf-Öffnung des Philishave 6382 von Philips.
Der Original-Knopf hat einen click-Mechanismus. Diesen konnte ich nicht ausreichend gut modellieren. Ich habe deshalb zu einem Trick gegriffen und die Stifte auf der Innenseite des Scherkopfes mit einem Lötkolben angeschmolzen, damit sie nicht mehr herausfallen.

Es gibt zwei .STL's mit demselben Objekt:

• Aufrecht (evtl ohne Support drucken)
• Waagerecht liegend. Bitte mit minimalem Support drucken (Siehe Cura Screenshot)
  OpenSCAD-FIle liegt diesmal nicht bei, da es sich nur um einen grässlichen Hack handelt. Den Code kann ich niemandem zumuten... :-)
