fit is perfect for Pi 3B, my only criticism is lack of clearance for the ribbon cable going to the Pi camera. This is easily remedied with some cutters. Thanks for the Print!
Printed this for use with a Pi 2, and it fits pretty well, and very tightly. For those with an old Pi 2 using this, be aware that the power and activity LEDs do not line up with the holes as designed on this case, and the SD card has to be inserted before setting the Pi to the lower case. Neither are deal breakers and this print worked really well to clean up my setup! If it starts to bother me, i'll modify the model to swap the hole locations and provide a little more relief for the micro SD.
Will this fit in the Ikea Lack enclosure, or should I look for a different design?

Can this be mounted on either side of the printer, or is it only going to work on the right side, as the pictures show? I'm interested in putting it on the left and wonder if I can just flip everything over without any issues.
I don’t see why it wouldn’t work flipped over. One person also mentioned putting it on the left rail, but under the bed.
Any issues using this with an MK3S?
This case will work for the pi3 on the MK3s, The base frame uses the same extrusions with the same clearances. If you're getting a new pi though I'd recommend going with the pi 4. Printed with Petg and it came out great! I used https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/10424-m3-drop-in-nut-for-3030-extrusion/comments for the 3030 t-rail inserts and just used M3 screws I had
