I took Packeranderson22's work and made a few changes to increase the printability of this design and remove the need for glue. The changes I have made are:
I placed a nut at the base of the cone so that the two pieces can be threaded together, there is a threaded rod provided that will hold them together.
I flipped it so the ramp prints perfectly flat. This has a huge advantage as it can be printed at a 0.3mm height without effecting its performance. I have also:
added a little notch for it to end in so it doesn't run off the end.
removed the joining sections and replaced them with a triangular section that prints as a bridge.
Settings
Print at what ever layer height you desire. Works great at 0.30mm which makes it a much quicker print.
Take the first layer slow there are some small little bits for which adhesion can be difficult.
