Large (106mm tall) Modular letter and number system with spacers (20mm, 30mm and 40mm) and button connectors, for use with routers.

8mm thick, and use with a 12mm bush on your router.

The letters and numbers clip together with the buttons and spacers. One type of button has a small hole that you can use to screw the system to the wood for extra rigidity.

5% fill is fine for most of the letters and numbers, and is robust enough to be clamped down. For some of the letters (like P for example) and numbers where there are 'islands' supported on one side, its better to up the fill for those pieces to make sure the 'islands' don't move under pressure.

The buttons and spacers clip very securely together and I've reused some a number of times with no loss of strength.

No supports or rafts needed, and on my Prusa I3 there was no need for any post-print fineagling - they work straight from the printer.

Use with my other Small Modular Letters & Numbers Thing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5307676) to get a nice upper/lower case thing going on.

I've havent printed all the items out - if you find a problem with a template piece then let me know and I'll fix it.
