Compass Cutter

A compass cutter cuts paper in circle shape. 

It requires a piece (two segments) of 9mm width utility knife blade and five pair of M3x8 bolts and M3 nuts. See pictures for assembling.

It could make 1.0 ~ 7.5 cm radius cuts (2 ~ 14 cm in diameter).
