I'm using this object to introduce 3D printing to a bunch of kids at my sons' school.
It's a very simple and fast to print model that exemplifies some of the differentiated and most interesting features of additive fabrication: how you can build parts that can't be assembled (or disassembled without breaking), the possibility of printing “through air” without support, and walls leaning without support either (even when the base is small).
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
