Belt Sander Wheel

I have a generic belt sander that had the front wheel fail and then start to melt down on me. This is the replacement for the wheel. I made a couple alterations from the original wheel. Mine has 2 extra ribs in the center and is beefier all around. It may work in other sanders that require the same size wheel. Bearings were a tight pressed fit as they should be.

Dimensions are included in the photos. I printed mine in Prusament PC Blend. Created in Fusion 360. 3mf file is just the model as exported from Fusion 360.
