This also makes an excellent materials science teaching aid when printed in trimmer line (I've used Oregon 1.7mm): shows the need for drying the polymer and the change in properties when re-hydrated as it becomes noticeably more flexible and pliable.
Beautiful design. Even more beautiful using transition filament
Printed well at 100% scale, took 1h 15min
Looks great and is a great stress test for 3d printer
