Template for Yubikey Neo / Yubikey 4

Yubikey USB key template. I've tried to model this to very exacting specifications. I would GREATLY appreciate any feedback that anybody has where this doesn't match a Yubikey Neo (I know I need to round off some edges by the USB pins).
