1 piece print with no supports, brim, etc.  Screws onto the side of your desk (or anywhere else).

Infill:  10% or whatever

Amendment:
The hole is conical, 40 mm dia at the top (inside edge) tapering down to about 36 mm at the bottom. My Wacom is the Intuos PTK 540-WL model.

Note that this holder is sized for the Wacom Pen holder itself (the thing with the spare nibs inside) - not for the pen on its own, as you can see from the pics.
