E3D Revo Nozzle Holder

E3D Revo Nozzle Holder to store up to 7 (new: 8) nozzles, so it keeps the initial full nozzle set and additional 3 variants, e.g. hardened nozzles.

The nozzles need to be screwed into place to keep them secure in case the holder is mounted rotated by 90deg or even up-side-down.

The model is inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5267586, but designed from scratch without using the original model.
