I have a really nice RAM mount for my iPhone 3GS that I use on my mountain bike to track my rides. The 3GS finally died so I want to use my iPhone 5 instead. Except I don't want to take my phone out of it's case every time I go for a ride. So I designed a mount that fits my iPhone 5 while still in it's Speck case and screws onto a standard RAM mounting bracket.

I'm using this RAM handlebar mount, bought through Amazon\nhttp://www.rammount.com/catalogresults/partdetails/tabid/63/partid/082065080045050055052045049085/default.aspx

This is the iPhone 5 case I have \nhttp://www.speckproducts.com/iphone-case/iphone-5-cases/candyshell-grip-for-iphone-5.html

I printed this on my Printrbot LC in ABS with solid infill for strength, but it probably doesn't need it. There are a couple of overhangs which I filleted to make easier to print. I printed without supports and got pretty good results (1 partly loose string from the long bridge at the bottom end)

I made a 9mm spacer to match the old 3GS mount, but ended up not using it.
