Printed in ABS with 0.4mm nozzle with adaptive height (most of it printed at 0.08mm).
When printing at 0.2mm it won't fit at all.

I made a few of these M4 screws for another project instead of shopping for them. I had to slightly decrease the screw (X/Y to ~97%) or increase the nut (X/Y to 105%) so they could actually fit together. This could very well be due to over-extrusion on my printer. I printed with Enotepad PETG @0.15mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle. Thanks for sharing!
