This is a redesign of int2str's bike phone holder, which I liked quite a bit. I had to redesign it for my phone and bike, so I made a few other modifications as well.
- I wanted to be able to leave my case on, so this is specifically sized for the Nexus 5X including this Tudia Nexus 5X case from Amazon. My printer is currently over-extruding a little so you may need to fine tune the dimensions even if you have the same phone/case. I arrived at these dimensions through a few test prints -- The files "Pressfit Test" and "Clip Test" are there to test the fit of the bottom piece into the top piece, as well as the fit of the clip onto your phone.
- I added a cutout for the USB port. Headphone jack is also accessible.
- The bottom slide-in piece has a hole to put a zip-tie through at the top for added insurance against it slipping out.
- Added two more vertical slots for optional zip-ties to prevent side-to-side motion.
