Microphone-Arm -> Monitor-Arm Mount

Using 4 M3*8 screws, this mount fits 20mm(w) x 30mm(h) monitor arms and Microphone Arms with a 12mm Diameter base pole. I recommend to use a washer as well to prevent the arm from scraping against the top of the print.
