-ONE- Cable Winder

Introducing the -ONE- Cord winder, a simple and quick print for a one size fits all cord winder.

Description:

This design introduces two winding sides to accommodate any cable lengths and sizes, be it a 1m long cable or a short cable. Clips are implemented to help not only with the tidiness but also adds in a useful functionality for frequent users. Multiple clips allows to the user to wrap up the cord to a predefined length as needed to allow quick unwinding knowing that the length will always be the same.

Inspired by the various cord winders available to buy or print but tweaked to be able to handle various situation as a one size fits all design, this lead to design two winding sides.

Most non-mechanical winders don't have a way to lock a specific length of cable which is commonly used by the user (e.g. VR headset's cord usually is too long and has a 'fixed' slack). As such clips are added to help set predetermined lengths for quick unwinds knowing that the length will always be what is needed.
