This is a slim sief that can be put on a the bottom part of a PET bottle. It can be used to filter particles from liquids and capture it in the PET bottle bottom part.
The included STL is designed with solid infill with a mesh modifier applied within PrusaSlicer. There's only one border applied to get a smooth print without support. This was deliberately chosen and should work fine as the diameter of a PET bottle is wide enough not to spill.
The include Prusa projects and gcode files are having an outer diameter of 9,5 cm and the border has a diameter of 9 cm. The mesh is a 60% infill with triangles.
As not all PET bottles have the same diameter you can off course play with the scaling in PrusaSlicer.
If you want to adjust the mesh (pattern), the original STL file is included so that you can apply your own infill density and pattern.
I had so much fun making this model as I learned more on the possibilities of PrusaSlicer. I hope you have as much fun when printing the model!
TIP When not using as a sief you can use it as a coaster as well!
The author hasn't provided the model origin yet.
