*Note
The first file uploaded was missing one set of bearing holders, so the corrected file was re-uploaded.
In consideration of cases where M3 cap bolts are difficult to obtain, we have prepared a derivative version that does not require bolts.
Required Commercial Parts
Four stainless steel "608ZZ" bearings.
These are the same spooler bearings included in the Prusa MINI kit.
Glue
・Epoxy Resin Glue or Instant Glue or Modified Silicone Resin Glue.
*Instant glue may stain bearings due to the whitening phenomenon.
Foam rubber sheet (2mm~4mm) with adhesive on one side
Prepare four pieces cut to 16mmx14mm.
Or domed non-slip urethane with a height of at least 2 mm.
These are attached to the bottom 4 places of this spooler.
Points to note when assembling
Insert the bearing deep into the shaft of the bearing holder in advance. To prevent the glue from overflowing, apply the glue to the groove side of the frame. After that, insert the bearing holder firmly into the frame.
After gluing, each assembly should be placed horizontally and left to cure completely for at least half a day. Even if you use instant adhesive, it will take much longer to cure if there are gaps in the glued surfaces.
There are two types of bearing holder shapes. Insert the bearing holder so that the groove faces outward.
The C-ring has a C-face on one side. Please insert in the correct direction.
When inserting or disassembling the C-ring, be careful not to injure yourself as it may pop out vigorously.

If you like this spooler, I would appreciate it if you could send me a donation for a cup of coffee. I would like to use the money to purchase the filaments that I have consumed in the process of completing it.
