First attempt at printing was done with the frameless variant, the pieces were so small that they detached from the print bed. Second try was with the frame and at 120%. Assembly was < 2 minutes and everything went together with a satisfying snap. White PETG, 0.2mm layer height. (edited)
Made this for my dad, his only complaint was my tolerance was too tight so it was a bit hard for him to put it together but he did it and I think it looks good. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures.
I printed the v3 kit, at 100% scale with 100% infill as suggested. I have printed a couple of other kits for family members, so 'had to' print one for myself as well to test the tolerances. Printed in white to have the option to paint it another time.
It fits together perfectly with everything held solidly, but I suggest assembling 'A' and 'D' first, rather than following the lettered order - the middle took me a bit of force to slot together.
Looking forward to hanging this from my tree, thanks for the lovely kit!
Printed at 133% with a 0.5 west3d undertaker nozzle in 3 color co-extruded PLA. Absolutely wonderful model!

Printed a bunch of these and hid them around the TrekTrack at DragonCon. People loved them.
