Scaled to fit my mini print bed at 226%, fit was loose -- I was able to get a business card into the gap, which means that I need to increase the Z-scaling by about 0.4 mm.
@Gdalya Increase Z scale of the model by 15% to add another 0.2mm layer, negating the total 0.2mm of tolerance in each slot!
They were never really designed with upscaling in mind but I'd imagine at 200%, 15% would raise it that 0.4mm :)
@Nakozen Thanks. I've been watching too much 3D Printing Nerd. I reprinted before I saw your comment and got a good result with 200% x and y and 220% z (total z thickness 4 mm), which is just a little bit more than you suggested in % but a little bit less in mm (only 0.36 mm).
Or maybe it just works better in blue. :-) (edited)
