I wanted to switch out the stock hot end fan with a noctua A4x20 but couldn't find a new shroud that I liked. I love the stock shroud, so I basically just redesigned it to fit the larger fan and removed the grills to help with noise. The noctua is a 12v fan so you will need a buck converter to drop the 24v from the psu.
P.s. I did this in conjunction with upgrading the mainboard and psu fans to noctuas as well (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:903901)
