This is a simple two-part motor mount, designed to fit a standard brushless motor with a 16mm/19mm M3 screw pattern to a 14mm carbon fiber tube. It is primarily intended for use on multirotor frames.

Print using ABS or PETG at high infill and 0.20mm or lower layer height for good strength. PLA can be used, but be aware of its brittleness, especially after prolonged exposure to sunlight and/or rain.

The halves are connected using two M3x20 screws, that go into two threaded holes of the motor. Tighten slowly alternating between the two screws, so that the halves remain straight and are not crooked to one side. Use threadlock, and do not overtighten to prevent the printed parts from breaking.

Optionally two M3x5 countersunk screws can be used to further secure the motor to the upper half (see 3rd picture). This can be omitted for small weight savings, but I recommend using all 4 screws for optimal strength.
