Some essential uploaded parts of the original design by Neds3D were corrupted and so not printable. Because it was not possible to get support or help by the designer I had to make these parts new by myself from scratch. The Spindle_Prop_V3.stl was adopted unchanged and attached here for completeness reasons only.
During this process I modified these parts to make them printable with less support, to make them more stable after print, to adapt them to my requirements and to make some improvements.
Because the hexagonal profile on my spindles axis was shorter than Neds3D's it was completely covered by the impeller.
Now it is possible to lock the spindels rotor on tool change. Therefore are slotted versions of the spindle cup mount housing and a slim customized wrench from MBCook available.
.
Additionally I modified the impeller with a thread and a wider hole to fit to my special spindle. It is named "Spindle_Prop_V4"
I had an additional special problem. The housing can't be shifted high enough because it collides with the spindle mount. So I had to made cutted versions of the housing to gain 10mm in height.
To prevent a collision of the workpiece it is highly recommended to use the short version of the bayonet_cap if the cutted version of the housing is used. This gains additional 10mm in height.
The air outlet is designed to be used with a standard vacuum cleaner hose with bajonet clamp.
For the bristles I used the Custom dust shoe bristles by gadgetmind
With the cutted and slotted version of the housing an a short bayonet cap the airspeed at 24000rpm is about 16,4m/s which corresponds to an airflow of about 25l/s or 1.5m³/min through the 44mm opening.

All Parts except the bajonet cap, the slot cover and the spindle are glued together. Only the inner half of the housing should be glued to the fitting because otherwise the clamp of the fitting will not work.
Use a M6 bolt and nut for clamping.
