Since there's no way to buy these any more from Cannondale, I made this. It's a replacement cable guide for the top tube brake cable on older Cannondale bikes. It's designed to be printed in a flexible material so you can get it around your existing cable housing. If you use a rigid filament like PLA or PETG, you'll have to thread the cable housing through the normal way.
It should print without any supports as long as you put one of the angled faces down. That puts everything at a 45 degree angle, making it print beautifully and unmarred by supports (especially helpful with flexible filament).
My bike also has a dynamo-powered light, so I've also made a version with space for the double wire electric cable that connects the front and back lights.

It can be hard to work this into the holes on the top tube. You might need to trim the spikes just a bit to get it in. Try to get it in without trimming, though, since it'll be more secure with all the material intact.
