Hi!
I ordered the amazing Revo micro and wanted to build it into my delta 3D printer.

I designed a delta effector which has all of the features would want / loved from other designers. You can download it as well and I hope you have an amazing experience with the effector and the revo micro!
Although heavlily inspired from some others, this is build from the ground up.

(Share a picture if you decide to use my model as well! would like to see how you printed it! :))

Design features;

  • Access to the Revo nozzle for easy swapping.
  • Wiring of the heatercore goes thru the fanduct to behind, for a clean look.
  • Open designed front sow you can see your print.
  • 200 degrees around part cooling.
  • 3x25mm fans for good part- and heatsink cooling. These need to be ordered, and can be directly 24V so you do not need to use the step-down converter*
  • M12 mounting hole.
  • Place to mount and use an Anycubic / FLsun type fixed mounted probe.
  • Embossed lettering (dual extrusion optional).

Techspecs;
Arm distance 40mm (if needed differently, leave a comment)
Center to arm distance 25mm
Nozzle to probe offset; X0 / Y2.25 / Z approx.16.85, but measure this to be sure, can be different)

Needed hardware;
Arms; 6x M3x20
Fans; 12x M3x14 (depending on fan)
Fanduct; 4x M3x10
Autolevel; 2x M3x10

This is still a work in progress, so things can change

Changelog;
17-02-2022; Fanduct V25, made hole for wiring of heatercore wider and deeper to make the wires fit better.

20-02-2022; Widened some tolerances

Like my work??
