MK3(S) Y Axis Shift After Crash Detection 2 minute Fix

Basically I wanted a solution for the Y-Axis shift after crash detection. You should read about it here, good stuff:

However, life gets busy. And rather than pulling the motor, belts etc. I came up with a 2 screw fix and a small printed part that achieves the same result.

Sharing, so you can quickly and easily apply this to a stock mk3.

You only need two screws to install. If you don't have a pack of assorted m3 screws, its a good thing to buy. Here is the one I have from amazon:
