Compared to the original, the lid here is bulged with rounded edge. The flange is printed separately and glued to the lid. There is a groove for it. Bottom's first layers are easier to print (not so steep overhang). Bottom is rounded inside for easier taking out small pieces.
I am sorry, the original is a bit “low poly” and I scaled it to 200%.
Following is valid for 0.4mm nozzle.
Lid is to be printed facing up with a few supports. Do not support bridges. I recommend 0.0mm support spacing (solid support). First 10 layer with 0.2mm layer height and rest 0.06mm, 3 perimeters. 20% infill gyroid (for 0.06mm combined every 3 layers), 4 bottom layes, 8 top layers, hilbert curve top infill, without fuzzy skin. I used Polyterra PLA Mint.
Flange is to be printed with horizontal expansion -0.1mm and without fuzzy skin. Other setting is up to you. It is designed as separated part to reduce waste in case of tuning dimmensions.
Bottom part can have 2 perimetes, 4 bottom layers, 5 top layes, 40% infill (up to you) and fuzzy skin on outer perimeter. I used 0.3mm thickness and 0.8mm distance. I printed from EKOMB rPLA Grey.
Attached STL contains all 3 parts, you can split it to objects or parts in PrusaSlicer by pressing “O” or “P” icon.
