Recommended materials: PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC blends, etc. are all good. Avoid using PLA!
Good part cooling will be needed! 

Print with mounting side face down on the bed as shown

0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height

40% infill

4 perimeters (walls)

5 top/bottom layers

Using a brim is recommended
