Yes, you are right, it was not designed to spin like a mobile, I preferred to have it hold whatever rotated position is chosen.

Cool design with great print-in-place tolerances. The loop at the top is way too brittle though. :(
I'll have to get a picture later, I took the heart to work for display there. Unfortunately, I discovered after I printed it that the individual hearts to not spin freely.

I love this model. I printed several for my 6-year-old niece who is heavily into hearts and she loved them all. They are now proudly hanging on the Christmas tree.
One neat effect is to add a colour change halfway through to give you a great bi-coloured heart.
Prints flawlessly well!
