Here I made a game of Connect 4 fit inside of an Altoids tin.
This is designed so that you can fold it down for storage, and when you're ready to play, you just place the game board in the slots in the base to keep it standing. The way the board sits also give a handy way to separate the game pieces for each player.

The tolerances I would say are fairly generous so whatever printer you have this should work fine for you. If anything, all you'll need to do is scale down the chips a few percent.
As far as required print settings go, I made all this at standard prusa slicer settings at 0.3 mm resolution, so whatever you throw at it will probably work.
