Ender 5 electronics box cover with cooling upgrade

This replaces the stock electronics cover and allows running a 80 mm + 140 mm cooling fans, which achieve better cooling at much lower noise compared to stock. The two part design also allows accessing the low voltage electronics (left) by undoing only 2 screws and leaves the high voltage parts covered (see image 2). 

The two fans are mounted via heat inserts, and there is a cable guide for the cables powering your board (one sacrificial layer is to be removed, see blue marked part in image 4). 

The ventilation holes are designed to fit the stepper driver heatsinks on a Fysetc spider exactly (for an adapter to mount the Spider in the E5 box, see one of my other designs), but should overall also fit other boards.
