I had to change the design of the original model, because I use a 5V- RGB - 40mm LED-Ring (Neopixels) instead of the smaller 12V Ring. To make it light I used the cheapest microcontroller I had - an Attiny 85. For programming the controller see the attached Code. 

Some wiring/soldering is needed - self explaining (+/- for power and led-connection, switch, datapin 0 for the LED dataline).

I also had to separate the Housing from the LED-Holder. It is clipped in the frame of the Proxxon-Drillstand and also includes the On-off Switch.
