I printed the -40 and -52 sizes. Both required some filing and then some hefty pliers to get the handle to snap to the bowl.

I have already used the -52 size to dole out some paint to patch a damaged part of my wall. A full -52 ladle should help you cover about 9 square inches of drywall.

Very helpful tool, way better than pouring from the can to the paint tray and making a huge mess. Thanks for the model!

Scooping paint is what this thing will do! Thank you for this model.

I printed the largest size in transparent PETG. Assembled very robustly. As I have the same paint scooping use-case as the author, I'm looking forward to seeing if the properties that make PETG a pain to glue make paint peel off more easily. We shall see! Tape measure for scale.

Printed using KiwiFil transparent rPETG using 0.2mm layer heights and a 0.6mm nozzle.

@LeonMatthews Because of the small grooves between the layers in the print, the paint sticks to the surface. That's why when possible I have one ladle per bucket and leave them in the paint.

Super easy to print and consistent. Took a bit to get the trick of assembly, but the bowl snaps in very solidly to the handle.
