Dispenser for tampons

This is a dispenser for tampons. Made for diameters up to ca. 20mm and a length of 55mm, e.g. “o.b. comfort super plus”. Holds around 15 - 20 pieces.

Ideally the pieces roll down the slope. Sometimes they can get stuck. A little shaking helps. 

Fusion 360 file included for your tinkering.

• width: 105 mm
• length: 60 mm
• height: 120 mm

Printing Parameters

• Layer height: 0.3mm or 0.2mm. The slope obviously looks better on 0.2mm
• Supports: yes, everywhere. Except you dialed in your overhangs. The overhang on the visible hole of the dispenser might sag without supports, but on the backside of the slope they will not be visible.
• Infill: 15% 
• Material: PLA (Giantarm silk PLA copper)
• Slicer: PrusaSlicer 2.4 (Prusament PLA Profile)
• Brim: optional, when your adhesion is not optimal
• Printer: Prusa MK3S+

• on 0.20mm QUALITY default preset with supports brim: 8h20m; Usage: 30m, 89g
• on 0.30mm DRAFT defaullt preset with supports and brim: 4h21m; Usage: 30m, 89g
