How to choose the right Ballast resistor for the LED

If you buy recommended LED from the BOM, parameters for formula are: 

• V_LED (forward voltage) = 2.5 V
• I_LED (forward current) = 20 mA.

Example: When your Source Voltage has maximum at 24 V so it is R = (24 - 2.5) / 0,02 = 1075 = ~1 kΩ Ballast resistor.

Just few drops of Super Glue to side of panel.
