Bird feeder

The bird feeder consist of three parts: base, roof and cover. The roof is connected to the base with custom thread - thread is adjusted for trouble-free 3D printing - overhang 45° deg. The cover could be easily opened to fill the feeder with bird seed. The bird feeder is foreseen to be assembled on stake with diameter 38...39 mm and secured with wood screw. All parts do not need any support - the roof and the cover should be printed turned upside down.

Printing settings (adjusted PrusaSlicer profile "0.20mm Quality"):

• Layer height: 0.2 mm;
• Perimeters: 3;
• Solid layers - top/bottom: 5;
• Infill: 15%.

If you want to test thread clearance for your setup, you could use round box - it uses exactly the same thread on slightly bigger diameter.
