Simple parametric tube squeezer (great for toothpaste, paint, glue, etc)

After seeing some of the more complex mechanical tube squeezers/rollers, I wanted to make something simple without any moving parts. Print as oriented without any supports, a higher infill is best for strength. The default size should work fine for most toothpaste tubes and smaller paint tubes, but you can customize it for other sizes without any limits (other than the size of your printer). Since Thingiverse Customizer is somewhat broken, I recommend the excellent OpenSCAD Playground to edit instead.
