Designed for printing with PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer heights and no supports. Files include a printable instruction card for assembly, but let me know if you're interested in an assembly video.
Inspired by Agepbiz's Jeep Kit Card, this is my first public project and I worked on it for over a month with a lot of trial and error refining the tolerances.
Designed in blender, this credit card sized, multi-color, support free, kit card was made to be as small as possible while still being an easy print, with the idea that it can be scaled up. limited testing with 2x scale models seemed to work fine. I wanted to make the tolerances forgiving enough to print well on any printer, but I only have access to an Ender 3 so I'd love to hear how it prints for you.
Update 1: Tweaked tolerances for better high-resolution printing and added a separate file for a single-color kit card.
